Job Description
Xendoo is hiring an experienced Account Executive for a full-time, in-office position in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
The company is seeking a motivated B2B sales professional who thrives in a consultative, relationship-driven environment and is comfortable working directly with small business owners, founders and executive decision-makers.
The successful candidate will manage the entire sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and pipeline generation to discovery calls, product demonstrations, proposals, closing and onboarding handoff.
Key Responsibilities
Own the Full Sales Cycle
Manage the complete sales process from prospecting to closing.
Build a pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals and partnerships.
Convert inbound inquiries into qualified sales opportunities.
Conduct discovery calls with business owners and operational leaders.
Understand customers’ bookkeeping, accounting, payroll and tax needs.
Deliver consultative product demonstrations.
Position Xendoo’s services as strategic solutions for growing businesses.
Prepare and deliver proposals to prospective customers.
Manage opportunities through discovery, demonstrations and closing.
Meet or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
Identify opportunities to sell additional financial services.
Become a Trusted Business Advisor
Develop expertise in bookkeeping, accounting, tax and payroll solutions.
Understand the operational and financial challenges of small businesses.
Help customers improve financial visibility and tax compliance.
Recommend solutions for streamlining back-office operations.
Introduce services such as tax planning, payroll and CFO advisory.
Build trusted relationships with founders, CEOs, presidents and owners.
Support Customer Success
Partner with onboarding, bookkeeping, tax and customer success teams.
Ensure a seamless transition from signed agreement to implementation.
Set clear expectations regarding timelines and deliverables.
Maintain consistent communication with prospects.
Proactively identify and remove obstacles that may delay closing.
Help Shape the Sales Organization
Share customer feedback, market trends and competitive insights.
Identify common customer objections.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams.
Help improve sales messaging and enablement materials.
Contribute to repeatable sales processes and best practices.
Maintain accurate opportunity records in HubSpot.
Use HubSpot to forecast revenue and track sales activity.

Requirements & Skills
2–5 years of B2B sales experience.
A proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Experience generating pipeline through outbound prospecting.
Ability to convert inbound inquiries into paying customers.
