Business Development & Client Relations Executive

ESPO is seeking an energetic and proactive Business Development & Client Relations Executive to help expand our presence and generate new project opportunities in Oman.

The role focuses on identifying prospective clients, building relationships, arranging meetings, presenting ESPO’s services and consistently following up on opportunities from initial contact through proposal, negotiation and contract award.

- Fluent Arabic and good professional English.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Energetic, confident, organized and persistent in following up.
- Familiarity with the Omani market and local business culture.
- Comfortable contacting new clients and attending in-person meetings.
- A diploma or degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction, interior design or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in construction, design, real estate, sales or client relations is an advantage.
- Valid Oman driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with one to three years of experience are welcome.
