Graphic Designer

LAY OUT Studio is hiring a full-time Graphic Designer for an on-site position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The successful candidate will develop visual concepts, create layouts and deliver digital and print design assets according to client briefs and brand guidelines.
The role requires strong visual communication skills, proficiency in professional design software and the ability to collaborate with internal teams while managing several projects and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
Develop visual concepts based on client requirements and project briefs.
Create digital and print marketing materials.
Design layouts aligned with brand identities and visual guidelines.
Produce social media graphics and other digital assets.
Design brochures, presentations, promotional materials and print collateral.
Translate client briefs into clear and compelling visual solutions.
Present creative concepts and explain design decisions.
Collaborate with internal teams and project stakeholders.
Revise and improve designs based on feedback.
Participate in design reviews and creative discussions.
Prepare final production-ready files for print and digital use.
Ensure accuracy in dimensions, colors, typography and production specifications.
Maintain visual consistency across different projects and materials.
Follow brand guidelines and established design standards.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
Complete projects within agreed timelines and deadlines.
Stay current with design trends, tools and industry best practices.
Support the studio’s overall creative direction and quality standards.

Preferred Academic Qualifications

A relevant qualification in one of the following fields is preferred:

Equivalent practical experience may be accepted when supported by a strong portfolio.

Preferred Experience
Previous experience in a design studio or creative agency.
Experience producing both digital and print materials.
Knowledge of print preparation and production processes.
Experience working with different brand identities.
Ability to present creative concepts to clients or internal teams.
