Assistant Store Manager

MANGO is looking for a full-time Assistant Store Manager to join its team in Berlin.

The successful candidate will support the Store Manager in leading the team, managing daily store operations, delivering an excellent customer experience, and helping achieve sales, budget, and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the Store Manager in managing the store and making operational decisions.
Lead, motivate, and support the store team.
Identify employee potential and develop talent through individual training.
Coordinate and manage internal store processes and daily operations.
Help achieve budget, sales, and company targets.
Collaborate closely with the Merchandising team to ensure company standards are implemented.
Optimize the sales floor and product presentation to support revenue growth.
Use internal systems and technologies to maintain an efficient merchandise flow.
Act as a role model in customer service and in representing MANGO's company values.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
Create a positive and motivating environment for employees.
