Job Description
RGP Properties, a Dubai-based real estate brokerage, is hiring a Senior Real Estate Team Leader to launch and grow its Jeddah operations.
The successful candidate will close off-plan, secondary-market and leasing transactions across Jeddah and other key Saudi markets while recruiting, mentoring and managing a small team of real estate agents.
This opportunity is suitable for an ambitious property consultant who is ready to progress from individual sales into leadership, supported by an established Dubai brokerage and a cross-border investor pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Close off-plan property transactions in Jeddah and key Saudi markets.
Manage secondary-market property sales and resale transactions.
Complete residential and commercial leasing deals.
Develop relationships with real estate developers across Saudi Arabia.
Secure inventory allocations and exclusive property opportunities.
Build a client portfolio of Saudi residents, GCC investors and international buyers.
Recruit and establish a small team of real estate agents.
Train, mentor and support agents in achieving sales objectives.
Set individual and team targets and track performance.
Monitor sales activities and prepare regular performance reports.
Coordinate with the Dubai headquarters on UAE–Saudi investor referrals.
Represent RGP Properties at project launches, exhibitions and industry events.
Follow up with prospects and negotiate transactions through closing.
Ensure compliance with Real Estate General Authority requirements.
Follow applicable Ejar and Wafi procedures and regulations.
Maintain accurate client and opportunity records in the company’s CRM system.

Requirements & Skills
2–3 years of real estate experience in the Saudi market.
Hands-on experience selling off-plan properties.
Experience in secondary-market sales and resale transactions.
Experience handling property leasing transactions.
Working knowledge of REGA requirements and regulations.
Familiarity with Ejar and Wafi systems.
Fluency in written and spoken Arabic.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Saudi nationality or a transferable residency permit.
A strong local network of buyers or property developers.
Strong negotiation, persuasion and closing skills.
Ability to recruit, manage and motivate a sales team.
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
Willingness to attend property events, exhibitions and client meetings.
Preferred Qualifications
An existing team of two to four agents willing to join.
A valid FAL real estate brokerage license.
Experience using Bitrix CRM.
Experience using PropSpace or a similar CRM platform.
An established database of local clients and investors.
Previous experience coaching or supervising real estate agents.
