Senior Accountant

This position is responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, preparing financial reports, and analyzing data to support management's decision-making. Responsibilities:
• Manage daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Monitor food and beverage costs and analyze variances.
• Manage inventory and conduct regular reconciliations.
• Reconcile Point of Sale (POS) transactions with delivery applications.
• Prepare financial closings for branches on a monthly and annual basis.
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for performance improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

🔹 Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in accounting.
🔹 Previous experience in the restaurant or café sector – mandatory requirement.
🔹 Practical knowledge of Food & Beverage Cost Accounting.
🔹 Experience in inventory management and monitoring cost variances.
🔹 Ability to reconcile Point of Sale (POS) transactions with delivery applications.
🔹 Knowledge of financial closing procedures for branches.
🔹 Familiarity with the Foodics system and its associated accounting entries.
🔹 Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
🔹 Accuracy in preparing financial reports and reviewing operational processes.
🔹 Ability to coordinate with operations, inventory, and financial management teams.
