Retail Sales Executive

MINIMALIST is hiring a Retail Sales Executive to join its expanding retail operations in Kuwait on a full-time, on-site basis.
The successful candidate will welcome customers, understand their individual needs and provide detailed information about the company’s watches, jewelry, handbags, perfumes and leather products.
The role requires strong customer service and sales skills, with previous retail experience in Kuwait. Experience in luxury products, watches or jewelry is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and professionally engage customers visiting the store.
Build positive relationships with customers and understand their preferences.
Provide detailed and accurate information about the company’s products.
Assist customers in selecting products that match their needs and personal style.
Recommend suitable watches, jewelry, perfumes, handbags and leather goods.
Encourage customers to complete purchases through professional sales techniques.
Answer customer questions regarding products, pricing and promotions.
Resolve customer concerns and issues promptly and professionally.
Explain promotions, discounts, special offers and other sales initiatives.
Contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets.
Maintain accurate and organized sales records.
Coordinate with relevant departments regarding orders, stock and customer requests.
Monitor personal sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Maintain the brand’s standards of excellence in every customer interaction.
Provide an excellent experience to all store visitors, including customers who are only browsing.

At least 2 years of relevant customer-facing sales experience in Kuwait.
Experience in luxury retail, watches or jewelry is preferred.
Strong sales, persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Arabic.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Outstanding customer service and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to achieve sales targets and work according to performance indicators.

Preferred Qualifications
An academic degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
A recognized certification in sales management.
Previous experience with watches, jewelry or luxury retail brands.
Good knowledge of customer behavior and consultative selling techniques.
