Grand Hyatt Kuwait City is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a modern brasserie inspired by the classical beauty and techniques of a French brasserie, combined with contemporary and innovative thinking.

The successful candidate will provide hands-on leadership, motivate and develop the restaurant team and ensure smooth and efficient daily operations while maintaining the highest service and operational standards.

🔺 Coordinate closely with kitchen, food and beverage and hotel operations teams.

🔹 Previous experience in a similar role within a five-star luxury hotel or high-end standalone restaurant.
🔹 Strong experience managing high-volume upscale dining operations.
🔹 Proven leadership and people-management capabilities.
🔹 Strong passion for food trends and restaurant concepts.
🔹 Creative thinking and the ability to introduce innovative ideas.
