🌟 Role Overview
The Operations Manager will oversee daily business activities, production planning, inventory control, supplier coordination and logistics operations.

The role also includes maintaining product quality, improving operational processes, managing the operations team and ensuring compliance with food-safety and quality standards.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
🔺 Manage daily business operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
🔺 Develop and monitor production plans based on demand and business requirements.
🔺 Oversee inventory levels and prevent shortages or overstocking.
🔺 Monitor the movement of raw materials and finished products.
🔺 Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely availability.
🔺 Manage relationships with logistics and transportation partners.
🔺 Monitor product quality throughout production and distribution.
🔺 Ensure compliance with food-safety and quality standards.
🔺 Develop and improve operational procedures and policies.
🔺 Prepare and update Standard Operating Procedures.
🔺 Identify operational weaknesses and implement corrective solutions.
🔺 Lead the operations team and assign responsibilities.

🔹 Bachelor’s degree in:
Business Administration.
Operations Management.
Supply Chain.
Or a related field.
🔹 At least three years of experience in operations management.
🔹 Food and beverage or FMCG experience is preferred.
🔹 Experience in inventory management and production planning.
🔹 Good knowledge of supplier and logistics management.
🔹 Understanding of food-safety and product-quality standards.
🔹 Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
