🌟 Job Purpose
The Marketing Officer will support the development and execution of marketing strategies that promote Fakeeh Care Group’s brand, services and initiatives.

The role includes market research, content creation, digital and traditional marketing, campaign coordination, social-media management and performance analysis to ensure that all marketing activities align with the group’s objectives.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
🔺 Support the development and execution of marketing strategies and plans.
🔺 Gather and analyze market data, industry trends, competitor activity and customer insights.
🔺 Identify growth opportunities and provide insights that support strategic decision-making.
🔺 Write, develop and edit marketing content for digital and printed channels.
🔺 Create social-media content aligned with the group’s brand identity and messaging.
🔺 Assist in planning, coordinating and executing multichannel marketing campaigns.
🔺 Ensure campaigns and marketing materials are delivered according to agreed timelines.
🔺 Manage the group’s presence across relevant social-media platforms.
🔺 Engage with online communities and maintain a consistent brand voice.
🔺 Support the planning and execution of events, conferences, webinars and promotional activities.
🔺 Coordinate with sales, design, communications and other internal teams.
🔺 Track campaign performance, engagement, lead generation and return on investment.
🔺 Prepare reports, insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
🔺 Maintain consistent branding, messaging and visual identity across marketing materials.
🔺 Provide administrative support for marketing projects, budgets and records.
🔺 Manage and coordinate regular updates to Fakeeh Care Group websites and digital platforms.
🔺 Ensure website and platform content is accurate, relevant and consistent with brand standards.
🔺 Coordinate internal announcements and signage across the group’s entities.
🔺 Maintain organized marketing records, materials and project documentation.
🔺 Perform other duties assigned within the scope of the position.

🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
🔹 Zero to two years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
🔹 Previous experience in healthcare or the service industry is preferred.
🔹 Understanding of digital, traditional and multichannel marketing activities.
🔹 Strong content-writing and editing skills in Arabic and English.
🔹 Experience or knowledge of social-media and digital-content management.
🔹 Familiarity with Google Analytics and SEO tools.
🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
🔹 Ability to manage multiple campaigns, projects and deadlines simultaneously.
🔹 Strong written communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
🔹 Creative thinking and effective problem-solving abilities.
🔹 Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English.
