Job Description
Alwedad Charity for Orphan Care is hiring a Marketing & Donor Relations Officer for a full-time, on-site position in the Asir Region, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on developing the branch’s financial resources, building revenue-generating partnerships, and maintaining sustainable relationships with business leaders, donors, corporate organizations, and social responsibility entities to support the charity’s programs and financial objectives.
Responsibilities:
Participate in developing the branch’s annual operational plan.
Build and implement the branch’s financial resource development plan.
Identify the resources and tools required to achieve financial development objectives.
Develop initiatives and programs that support the branch’s financial targets.
Measure and review the financial resource development plan on a quarterly basis.
Prepare an implementation plan for targeted partnerships based on branch needs.
Identify organizations whose activities align with the charity’s strategic and operational goals.
Coordinate and communicate with targeted organizations and arrange visits and meetings.
Implement partnerships according to approved processes and templates.
Activate partnerships effectively and measure their impact and financial outcomes.
Develop an outreach plan targeting business leaders and supporting organizations.
Identify companies and organizations with active corporate social responsibility programs.
Schedule meetings and visits with potential donors throughout the year.
Strengthen donor relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
Prepare impact reports after receiving support and monitor donor satisfaction.
Maintain a clear and updated database of donors, businesses, and supporting organizations.
Plan communications, visits, and presentations of the charity’s projects and programs.
Implement initiatives designed to improve relationships with donors and partners.
Measure donor satisfaction using approved forms and tools.
Prepare regular reports on partnerships, initiatives, and achieved financial returns.

Requirements & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in marketing, fundraising, donor relations, or partnership development is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to develop operational plans and monitor performance indicators.
Good proposal writing, presentation, and reporting skills.
Ability to communicate professionally with business leaders, companies, and supporting organizations.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage visits, meetings, and follow-ups.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management tools.
Ability to work collaboratively, take ownership, and achieve defined targets.
Knowledge of corporate social responsibility programs and the nonprofit sector is an advantage.
