Job Description
LIXIL – GROHE Saudi Arabia is hiring a Leader Western Region for a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The position is responsible for delivering project channel sales results across the Western Region and developing business opportunities with developers, contractors, designers, consultants, hotel operators, healthcare institutions, and distribution partners. The role will focus on growing GROHE’s presence within residential, hospitality, and healthcare projects while managing sales forecasts, customer relationships, market intelligence, and project opportunities through Salesforce.
Responsibilities:
Deliver assigned Project Channel sales targets for the Western Region in line with corporate objectives and KPIs.
Identify key sales channels, customers, and project opportunities across the region.
Develop residential project business with developers, contractors, and designers.
Build relationships with hotel operators and developers within the hospitality sector.
Develop opportunities with owners and healthcare institutions.
Collaborate with internal departments to deliver tools, services, and support required by project customers.
Provide project customers with product updates in coordination with SCM and product teams.
Regularly visit contractors, developers, dealers, and consultants to promote GROHE products.
Build a strong network of professional influencers and decision-makers.
Support distribution channels and work closely with Project Channel Partners.
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual project sales forecasts.
Measure critical success factors and implement continuous improvement processes.
Develop and maintain a database of key project contacts across the region.
Prepare sales and performance reports for senior management.
Gather competitor and market intelligence and report findings to management.
Manage activities in accordance with approved budget guidelines.
Identify marketing and specification events that increase brand exposure and generate new business opportunities.
Use Salesforce to create and manage leads, opportunities, prospects, and customer information.
Coordinate with other business channels and the Leader Projects KSA to achieve shared goals and KPIs.

Requirements & Skills
Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic.
Minimum five years of experience in a comparable position with strong market knowledge.
Five to seven years of total professional experience.
Previous experience in the same field or the building materials industry is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
MBA is considered an advantage.
Strong experience in project sales and relationship management.
Ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced, highly competitive, and deadline-driven environment.
Experience managing external relationships and multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer management skills.
Ability to prepare sales forecasts and analyze market and performance data.
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
Strong professional networking and business development capabilities.
Knowledge of the construction, sanitary products, or building materials sectors is preferred.
