🔹 Field Territory: Greater Kassel and North Hesse, with business coverage in the Frankfurt region

Ria Money Transfer is looking for a Field Account Manager to expand its B2B partner and agent network and support business development activities across the assigned territory.
The successful candidate will build and maintain productive, long-term relationships with agents and partners, advise them on Ria and EPS products, provide on-site training and ensure effective delivery of sales and marketing initiatives.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
🔺 Expand the company’s B2B partner and agent network through regular field sales activities.
🔺 Support business development and sales growth across Hesse and the Frankfurt region.
🔺 Build effective, sustainable and productive relationships with agents and business partners.
🔺 Advise partners on Ria and EPS products, both on-site and by telephone.
🔺 Conduct training sessions directly at partner and agent locations.
🔺 Ensure partners receive the required marketing and promotional materials.
🔺 Participate regularly in sales meetings and performance reviews.
🔺 Prepare weekly activity and sales reports for the direct manager.
🔺 Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to increase sales and service usage.
🔺 Acquire new business partners through proactive outreach and cold acquisition activities.

Requirements & Skills
🔹 Previous sales experience, preferably within the money transfer or financial services industry.
🔹 Experience in related sectors such as telecommunications, call shops or financial services is also welcomed.
🔹 Previous cold acquisition or outbound sales experience is highly desirable.
🔹 Ability to work independently, manage a territory and achieve commercial targets.
🔹 Good written and spoken German and English skills.
🔹 Additional language skills are considered an advantage.
🔹 A valid Category B driving licence.
🔹 Willingness to travel regularly for field visits within the assigned territory.
🔹 Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
🔹 Ability to prepare reports and monitor sales and operational performance.
