We’re looking for an experienced professional who can develop and execute marketing strategies, manage social media accounts, and run paid advertising campaigns to achieve measurable monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop monthly marketing plans aligned with business goals and available budgets.
• Manage social media accounts, content calendars, and publishing schedules.
• Write engaging marketing copy and coordinate with the design team.
• Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
• Research the market, analyze competitors, and identify target audiences.
• Track sales, leads, customer acquisition costs, and return on ad spend.
• Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements to achieve monthly targets.

• Proven digital marketing experience with a portfolio of previous work and campaign results.
• Proficiency in advertising and analytics tools, particularly Meta Ads Manager.
• Ability to manage advertising budgets and test different audiences and creatives.
• Strong organizational skills, initiative, and commitment to deadlines.
• A results-driven approach and accountability for performance.
