Fusion Academy is seeking a relationship-driven and performance-focused professional to join its campus leadership team in the following position:

🌟 Role Overview
The Director of Admissions plays a key role in achieving and exceeding enrollment and revenue targets through professional referrals, community outreach, consultative sales and event planning.
The successful candidate will manage the family journey from initial inquiry through enrollment, while building strong referral relationships with professionals and community partners.
This role requires a proactive, collaborative and performance-driven professional who can provide a premium experience to families, students and external partners.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
🔺 Generate and convert direct family referrals from professionals in the community.
🔺 Develop and execute outreach strategies that build professional partnerships and referral networks.
🔺 Manage prospective families from initial inquiry through successful enrollment.
🔺 Use consultative sales techniques to understand family needs and recommend appropriate educational solutions.
🔺 Plan, coordinate and oversee engaging campus and community events.
🔺 Own prospecting, outreach and campus enrollment performance metrics.
🔺 Collaborate with regional and national sales and support teams.
🔺 Prepare sales forecasts and analyze enrollment and outreach performance.
🔺 Identify trends, opportunities and areas requiring improvement.
🔺 Build strong relationships with families, education professionals and community partners.
🔺 Partner with the marketing team to align local outreach strategies, allocate budgets and maximize lead generation.
🔺 Use Salesforce and other systems to manage outreach activities and maintain accurate records.
🔺 Stay informed about education-sector trends, competitor offerings and admissions best practices.
🔺 Collaborate with campus leadership to support operational priorities and resolve emerging challenges.
🔺 Connect students, families and staff with professional and community resources.
🔺 Identify potential local partnerships and coordinate with Fusion’s partnership teams.
🔺 Maintain an on-site campus presence when not conducting community outreach activities.
🔺 Help create a personalized and premium campus experience for students, families, staff and professional partners.

🌟 Pay and Benefits
💰 Annual salary ranging from USD 68,000 to USD 78,000.
💰 Eligibility for an uncapped annual bonus targeting approximately 20% of base salary, based on enrollment results and campus performance.

Requirements & Skills

🔹 Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Education, Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
🔹 Previous experience in community outreach, consultative sales, business development or event planning.
🔹 Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding enrollment or sales targets.
🔹 Ability to manage a sales pipeline and move prospective families from inquiry through enrollment.
🔹 Experience building and maintaining professional referral networks.
🔹 Experience in education, behavioral health or community engagement is preferred.
🔹 Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
🔹 Ability to build trust and strong relationships with diverse audiences.
🔹 Strong data-analysis and reporting capabilities.
🔹 Ability to use performance insights to improve decision-making and results.
🔹 Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
🔹 Confidence to take initiative and adapt professionally to challenges.
🔹 Proficiency with CRM systems, presentation tools and reporting platforms.
🔹 Experience with Salesforce, Canva and Power BI is preferred.
🔹 Strong organization and multitasking skills.
🔹 Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
