Job Description

Rise Up is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a full-time, on-site role based in Medina, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on delivering a high-quality customer experience by handling inquiries in person and over the phone, providing accurate information about services, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer questions, documenting interactions, escalating complex cases to the appropriate team, and following up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries in person and over the phone in a professional manner.
Provide accurate and clear information about company services.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Document customer interactions and notes using the approved systems.
Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team or department when needed.
Follow up on open cases to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
Maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams.
Follow company policies and procedures when dealing with customers.
Contribute feedback to improve customer service processes and customer experience.

Requirements & Skills

Demonstrated ability in customer service or customer support.
Strong ability to address inquiries, resolve issues, and assist customers effectively.
Strong focus on customer satisfaction and customer experience.
Professional phone etiquette, clear communication, active listening, and respectful interaction with diverse customers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in relevant languages for the Medina region.
Ability to work full-time on-site.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving skills with a calm and empathetic approach when handling complaints or challenging situations.
Basic computer proficiency.
Previous experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent is required; further education is an advantage.
