As an Assistant Teacher at Child Development Schools, you will help create a classroom environment filled with discovery, creativity, learning and joy.
Working alongside the Lead Teacher, you will support young children through meaningful experiences that encourage curiosity, confidence, kindness and personal development.
The role includes helping deliver classroom activities, engaging with children throughout the day, maintaining a safe and organized learning environment and communicating regularly with families.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
🔺 Support the Lead Teacher in delivering age-appropriate lessons and classroom activities.
🔺 Help prepare educational and creative learning experiences for young children.
🔺 Engage directly with children during classroom activities, meals, transitions and outdoor play.
🔺 Help create a warm, welcoming and supportive classroom environment.
🔺 Maintain a safe, clean and organized classroom.
🔺 Ensure the classroom follows licensing and teacher-to-child ratio requirements.
🔺 Observe children and document relevant developmental information.
🔺 Share developmental notes and observations with the Lead Teacher.
🔺 Build positive relationships with families through warm and consistent daily communication.
🔺 Assist with attendance records, daily reports and other classroom documentation.
🔺 Support children during meals, outdoor time and transitions between activities.
