Advisory Supervisor

Bind Consulting is hiring an Advisory Supervisor in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is aimed at professionals with experience in internal audit, consulting, governance, and risk management, who have the ability to supervise advisory projects in the government sector.

An Advisory Supervisor oversees the execution of consulting projects, provides guidance and support to teams, and ensures the quality of deliverables and adherence to professional standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to analyze complex problems, and to provide effective solutions to clients.

Responsibilities:
• Review financial operations and controls.
• Evaluate the integrity of accounting and control procedures.
• Identify financial risks and control weaknesses.
• Analyze results and prepare recommendations for improving financial control.
• Assess the efficiency and effectiveness of operational processes and procedures.
• Review controls related to activities and services.
• Identify opportunities for performance improvement and resource optimization.
• Evaluate compliance with approved policies and procedures.
• Assess IT General Controls.
• Review access management and system access.
• Evaluate controls for systems, applications, and technical processes.
• Review risks associated with IT governance.
• Evaluate cybersecurity controls and policies.
• Review information security risks and digital asset protection.
• Assess compliance with relevant cybersecurity requirements and controls.
• Prepare observations and recommendations for improving security controls.
• Evaluate governance frameworks and the distribution of responsibilities and authorities.
• Review methodologies for risk identification, assessment, and monitoring.
• Analyze the effectiveness of controls and procedures related to risk management.
• Contribute to developing recommendations for improving the institutional control environment.
• Evaluate the design of control mechanisms and the effectiveness of their implementation.
• Identify deficiencies and control risks.
• Test compliance with policies and procedures.
• Develop practical recommendations to enhance the internal control system.
• Support investigation activities and special reviews as per assignment scope.
• Analyze relevant documents and data.
• Professionally document findings, observations, and evidence.
• Prepare reports and recommendations according to approved procedures.
• Evaluate the quality of internal audit methodologies and procedures.
• Review compliance with relevant professional standards.
• Assess the quality of working papers, reports, and audit outputs.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and enhance the efficiency of internal audit activities.

🔹 University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent.
🔹 Proven practical experience within Saudi Arabia.
🔹 Previous experience in government sector projects is preferred.
🔹 Professional experience relevant to internal audit, consulting, governance, or risk management.
🔹 Professional certification in Internal Audit.
🔹 Professional certification in Governance.
🔹 Professional certification in Risk Management.
🔹 Ability to prepare professional reports, analyze data, and assess risks and controls.
🔹 Effective communication and coordination skills with stakeholders.
