🌟 Role Overview
The Tour Operator will coordinate and sell tour packages, plan itineraries and manage reservations, transportation, accommodation and guided activities.

The role requires regular communication with travelers to understand their preferences, recommend suitable travel options and provide excellent service before, during and after each trip.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
🔺 Design and prepare travel itineraries across Italy.
🔺 Coordinate and sell tour packages for individuals and groups.
🔺 Understand traveler preferences, budgets and requirements.
🔺 Recommend suitable destinations, hotels and tourism activities.
🔺 Manage accommodation, transportation, tour and activity bookings.
🔺 Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, guides and local partners.
🔺 Prepare detailed daily schedules and ensure all services are properly arranged.
🔺 Communicate with travelers before, during and after their trips.
🔺 Provide professional customer service and respond clearly to inquiries.
🔺 Address operational issues, changes or emergencies during tours.
🔺 Monitor booked services and ensure timely delivery.
🔺 Organize guided tours and on-site activities for individuals and groups.
🔺 Maintain accurate booking, customer and itinerary records.
🔺 Use booking systems or similar tools to manage reservations and schedules.
🔺 Present travel options and clearly explain their benefits.
🔺 Upsell suitable services, experiences and activities.
🔺 Support the achievement of sales and booking targets.

🔹 Experience or strong knowledge of the travel and tourism industry.
🔹 Knowledge of Italian destinations, cities and cultural attractions.
🔹 Experience organizing guided tours and on-site activities.
🔹 Ability to manage bookings for individual travelers and groups.
🔹 Strong customer-service, empathy and communication skills.
🔹 Ability to understand traveler needs and provide suitable recommendations.
🔹 Competence in reservation management, scheduling and travel logistics.
🔹 Familiarity with booking systems or similar tourism tools.
