🌟 Role Overview
Ausenco is recruiting a Document Control / Project Coordinator to work closely with project managers and project teams within its Project Services department.
The successful candidate will maintain project documentation, monitor timelines and deliverables, coordinate administrative processes and prepare progress reports to help establish a strong operational foundation for successful project delivery.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
🔺 Ensure project teams follow established timelines and meet agreed deliverables.
🔺 Maintain, organize and control project documentation throughout the complete project lifecycle.
🔺 Ensure project records and documents remain accurate, current and accessible.
🔺 Communicate project plans, actions, risks and issues to key stakeholders.
🔺 Build and maintain productive working relationships across multiple teams.
🔺 Assist project managers with administrative functions, procedures and coordination activities.
🔺 Manage the day-to-day administrative activities of the Project Management team.
🔺 Analyze project data and prepare progress and performance reports.
🔺 Develop, edit and process documents including meeting agendas, reports, minutes and general correspondence.
🔺 Prepare documents from written drafts, meetings and other information sources.
🔺 Support project travel and accommodation procedures.
🔺 Track administrative actions and follow up until they are completed.
🔺 Perform additional administrative duties as requested.

Requirements & Skills

🔹 A diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Office Management or a related field is preferred.
🔹 Relevant experience in an administrative, document-control or project-coordination role.
🔹 Previous experience within an engineering consulting company is preferred.
🔹 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
🔹 Strong time-management and organizational abilities.
🔹 High attention to detail and accuracy.
🔹 Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
🔹 Excellent document formatting, proofreading and editing skills.
🔹 Ability to provide administrative support to multiple team members.
🔹 Proven initiative in resolving administrative issues and inquiries quickly.
🔹 Good experience preparing reports, meeting minutes and professional correspondence.
