🌟 Job Description
Tabby is looking for motivated and professional Customer Service Representatives who can communicate effectively in both Arabic and English.

The successful candidates will support customers through phone calls, live chat, and email, answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure that every customer receives a positive and professional experience.
Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, following established guidelines, and using customer support tools accurately and efficiently.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
🔺 Support customers through phone, live chat, and email in both Arabic and English.
🔺 Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about Tabby’s services and products.
🔺 Investigate customer issues and provide appropriate and timely solutions.
🔺 Follow established customer support policies, procedures, and guidelines.
🔺 Use internal systems and tools to process customer requests quickly and accurately.
🔺 Deliver a professional and positive customer experience during every interaction.
🔺 Escalate complex cases to the appropriate specialized teams when required.
🔺 Maintain service quality and achieve the operational performance targets of the Customer Support team.

Requirements & Skills

🔹 Clear written and spoken communication skills in both Arabic and English.
🔹 English proficiency at B2 level or above.
🔹 Ability to work 24/7 rotational shifts.
🔹 Willingness to work on-site at the company’s office in Riyadh.
🔹 Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
🔹 Ability to remain calm, professional, and effective under pressure.
🔹 Fast learner with the ability to use customer service systems and digital tools.
🔹 Responsible, committed, and serious about delivering high-quality work.
🔹 Helpful attitude and strong focus on customer satisfaction.
🔹 Applicants must be Saudi nationals.
