Production Supervisor

WETICO – Abunayyan Holding is hiring a Production Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role is responsible for supervising production operations to ensure operational efficiency, product quality, service excellence, adherence to timelines, and cost-effective management of resources.

The Production Supervisor will lead, motivate, and manage the production and operations team to achieve volume, quality, and performance targets while ensuring compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise production operations to ensure products are manufactured according to required volumes, quality standards, cost targets, company procedures, and operational guidelines.
Oversee operational processes related to the introduction of new products, including compliance with local regulations.
Assist in preparing the annual budget by identifying priorities and operational needs for the department.
Supervise testing and commissioning activities, after-sales and warranty issues, site modifications, and on-site or in-house training.
Ensure employees comply with health, safety, environmental protection, and security rules to maintain a safe workplace and protect company assets.
Supervise quality assurance activities to ensure consistent product quality in line with approved specifications.
Support the implementation of operational practices and standards to continuously improve product quality.
Assist in implementing EHS programs to ensure compliance with company Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security policies.
Supervise the development and design of high-quality products that meet market requirements, support business growth, reduce costs, and comply with local regulations and company policies.
Maintain project and operational performance standards related to service quality.
Monitor project budgets and timelines.
Manage department staff in terms of time management, work quality, and overall performance.
Identify training and development priorities in coordination with department management and Human Resources.
Coach and mentor team members to improve performance and ensure they remain updated with technical developments, regulations, and best practices.

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in operations or production.
At least 4–6 years of experience in a similar role within a related industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
Diploma or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Management is preferred.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Excellent documenting and reporting skills.
Good knowledge of work tools and operational systems.
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
Knowledge of standards, policies, and procedures.
Strong planning, organizing, and time management skills.
Knowledge of engineering design and production processes.
