Job Overview
As the business continues to grow, Maple Leaf Tours is seeking an enthusiastic professional to join its team and provide high-level customer service.

The successful candidate will support customers in person, by phone, and by email while managing the customer journey from the first point of contact through the pre-trip and post-trip stages.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about travel, enjoys working with people, and has strong customer service and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality customer service in person, by phone, and via email.
Support customers throughout the entire travel journey.
Assist clients in selecting appropriate tours, cruises, and holiday packages.
Respond to inquiries about travel and cruise products.
Prepare travel quotations.
Assist with bookings and travel arrangements.
Support travel insurance processing.
Prepare tour documentation and travel packages.
Support sales activities for travel and cruise products.
Assist with marketing and graphic design activities when required.
Manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements & Skills

Minimum college diploma in:
Tourism
Travel
Hospitality
Sales
or a related field.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Sales experience, preferably with travel and cruise products.
Graphic design and marketing experience is an asset.
TICO Certification is considered an asset but is not mandatory.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Friendly, energetic, and genuinely interested in helping customers create memorable travel experiences.

Technical Skills
Proficiency with Microsoft applications, including:
Microsoft Word
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Outlook
Microsoft PowerPoint
