Field Inventory Auditor / Retail Audit & Inventory Officer

Al Mulla Retail Company for Special and Healthy Food is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Field Inventory Auditor / Retail Audit & Inventory Officer to join its team in Kuwait on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate will conduct regular field visits to cooperative societies, supermarkets and retail outlets across Kuwait.

The role involves performing physical inventory counts, verifying product availability, identifying stock discrepancies, checking product placement and pricing, and submitting accurate daily and weekly reports.

Key Responsibilities
Visit cooperative societies, supermarkets and retail outlets according to the assigned schedule.
Conduct physical inventory counts for the company’s products.
Compare actual stock quantities with the company’s inventory records.
Identify and document inventory shortages and discrepancies.
Detect damaged, expired or missing products.
Check product availability at each retail location.
Review product pricing, shelf placement and display condition.
Ensure products are displayed according to company standards.
Take photographs and document observations during store visits.
Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly inventory reports.
Coordinate with sales, warehouse and operations teams to resolve stock-related issues.
Maintain organized and accurate records of all retail visits.
Follow up on corrective actions related to inventory discrepancies.
Report competitor activities and relevant market observations when required.
Manage the daily visit schedule and complete visits within assigned timelines.

Previous experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred:
Inventory control.
Retail auditing.
Stock counting.
Merchandising.
Fast-moving consumer goods.
Field sales.
A valid Kuwaiti driving licence is required.
Owning a personal vehicle is preferred.
Willingness to travel daily between different areas in Kuwait.
Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Ability to use mobile reporting applications.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to identify stock discrepancies and reporting errors.
Ability to work independently and manage a daily visit schedule.
