🌟 Role Overview
The Finance Manager will lead financial operations and ensure accurate financial reporting, effective budgeting, cash-flow control, compliance and financial planning.

Working closely with senior management, the successful candidate will provide financial and commercial insights that support operational decisions, strategic planning and sustainable business growth.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
🔺 Lead the finance team and oversee daily financial operations.
🔺 Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
🔺 Develop annual budgets and short-term and long-term forecasts.
🔺 Monitor actual results against budgets and prepare variance analyses.
🔺 Manage cash flow, liquidity and working capital.
🔺 Monitor receivables, payables, collections and financial obligations.
🔺 Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
🔺 Develop effective financial controls and risk-management processes.
🔺 Manage internal and external audit activities.
🔺 Provide auditors with the required records and supporting documents.
🔺 Track audit findings and corrective-action plans.
🔺 Analyze revenue, costs, margins and commercial performance.
🔺 Provide financial guidance supporting business decisions.
🔺 Present financial-performance reports to senior management.
🔺 Support strategic planning and investment evaluations.
🔺 Prepare financial feasibility studies when required.
🔺 Supervise, coach and develop finance-team members.
🔺 Improve ERP-system use and financial reporting dashboards.

🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
🔹 At least eight years of progressive finance experience.
🔹 Proven responsibility for leading a finance team or department.
🔹 Strong knowledge of financial and management reporting.
🔹 Experience in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
🔹 Advanced knowledge of cash-flow and liquidity management.
🔹 Experience in internal controls, risk management and auditing.
🔹 Strong understanding of accounting standards and financial regulations.
🔹 Excellent financial and commercial-analysis abilities.
🔹 Advanced proficiency with ERP systems.
🔹 Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
🔹 Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills.
🔹 Fluency in English is required.
🔹 Arabic language skills are considered an advantage.
