AlFaisal-Ai is looking for an entrepreneurial Business Development Manager with strong experience in building markets, leading sales teams and developing strategic partnerships.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s commercial growth strategy, expanding sales channels, converting qualified opportunities into contracts and achieving revenue and market expansion targets across Saudi Arabia.
The role will work directly with the executive management team and will lead both individual subscription sales and enterprise sales activities, while supporting product development through customer and market insights.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
🔺 Develop and execute the business development strategy to achieve annual revenue and growth targets.
🔺 Lead customer acquisition activities and convert qualified commercial opportunities into signed contracts.
🔺 Build and manage strategic relationships with law firms, corporate legal departments, major companies, government entities and regulatory authorities.
🔺 Manage the complete end-to-end sales cycle, from prospect identification through contract signing and customer onboarding.
🔺 Deliver professional commercial presentations, introductory meetings and live product demonstrations.
🔺 Lead commercial negotiations and prepare financial proposals and contracts in cooperation with the legal team.
🔺 Develop strong relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers across the public and private sectors.
🔺 Represent the company at legal and technology conferences, forums, exhibitions and strategically relevant industry events.
🔺 Collaborate with marketing and product teams to communicate customer requirements and contribute to service and product development.
🔺 Use CRM platforms to manage leads, monitor sales opportunities and prepare performance reports.
🔺 Achieve key performance indicators related to revenue, new customers, conversion rates and contract value.
🔺 Lead and manage the SaaS retail subscription sales team.
🔺 Lead the enterprise sales team serving companies, institutions and law firms.
🔺 Develop sales team performance and ensure the achievement of individual and team targets.
🔺 Prepare sales forecasts, expansion plans and periodic reports for executive management.
🔺 Analyze sales and market data to identify new sectors, customer segments and growth opportunities.

🔹 Experience selling SaaS solutions, software, technology services or professional services.
🔹 Experience in LegalTech, RegTech or artificial intelligence solutions is highly desirable.
🔹 Strong knowledge of enterprise sales processes.
🔹 Good understanding of retail or individual subscription sales, with the ability to manage both sales channels effectively.
