An Inventory Data Entry Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of supply chain and warehouse operations. This position contributes to maintaining precise inventory records, which supports operational decision-making and minimizes errors and losses.
Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the management and updating of inventory records.
• Monitor the movement of materials and equipment.
• Ensure data accuracy using the Microsoft Dynamics system.
• Enter data related to inventory receipts, disbursements, and transfers.
• Conduct periodic inventory audits and reconcile physical records with data.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory status and movement.
• Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow.
