🌟 Job Overview
The Architectural Drafter will produce accurate architectural drawings, 3D models and BIM documentation supporting acoustic-design solutions for different building types.

The role requires translating architectural and engineering input into precise technical deliverables that support acoustic performance, multidisciplinary coordination and project constructability.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
🔺 Develop detailed two-dimensional architectural drawings.
🔺 Prepare plans, sections, elevations and technical details.
🔺 Integrate acoustic-design and treatment requirements into architectural drawings.
🔺 Produce and maintain accurate three-dimensional architectural models.
🔺 Prepare models for visualization, coordination and acoustic-simulation support.
🔺 Collaborate with acoustical engineers, architects and multidisciplinary teams.
🔺 Translate engineering input and feedback into accurate technical drawings.
🔺 Update drawings and models based on engineering comments.
🔺 Revise project documentation according to site conditions and project stages.
🔺 Support BIM workflows and multidisciplinary model coordination.
🔺 Ensure accurate model information and data integration.
🔺 Identify coordination conflicts and support their resolution.
🔺 Ensure drawings comply with relevant building codes.
🔺 Follow project specifications and acoustic-design standards.
🔺 Prepare documentation for internal design reviews.
🔺 Support the preparation of client presentations.
🔺 Develop construction drawing and documentation packages.
🔺 Maintain approved drawing and documentation standards.
🔺 Manage drawing revisions and version control.
🔺 Organize and maintain project files and technical documentation.

🔹 Degree or diploma in:
Architecture.
Architectural Engineering.
Architectural Drafting.
Or a related field.
🔹 Previous experience as an Architectural Drafter or BIM Modeler is preferred.
🔹 Strong understanding of architectural detailing and construction methods.
🔹 Good knowledge of spatial-design principles and technical documentation.
🔹 Ability to prepare plans, sections, elevations and construction details.
🔹 Ability to interpret architectural and engineering information.
🔹 High attention to detail, accuracy and technical precision.
🔹 Ability to work within a multidisciplinary engineering environment.
🔹 Strong organizational and document-management abilities.
🔹 Good communication and coordination skills.
🔹 Interest or exposure to acoustics, building performance or technical-design coordination is an advantage.

🌟 Required Software
🔹 Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD for two-dimensional architectural drawings and detailed construction documentation.
🔹 Strong experience in Autodesk Revit for architectural modeling, BIM coordination and multidisciplinary collaboration.
🔹 Proficiency in SketchUp or AutoCAD 3D for architectural modeling and visualization.
