Job Description
Prestige is seeking a motivated Event Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, grow existing customer accounts, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will use a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs, build lasting relationships, and successfully close deals with both new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Generate new business opportunities and acquire new customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Manage negotiations with senior-level executives and key decision-makers.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up throughout the sales cycle.
Maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Update customer information and sales activities using CRM systems.

Requirements & Skills
2–5 years of quota-carrying sales experience.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems.
Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to work independently while contributing to team success.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
