Sales Operations Executive

Tahaluf is hiring a Sales Operations Executive for a contract-based remote role in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Tahaluf is one of Saudi Arabia’s largest B2B live and on-demand events organizers, delivering major events across technology, real estate, cybersecurity, pharma, and other large-scale sectors. The role supports business unit sales teams by providing structured sales administration, Salesforce CRM support, data analysis, reporting, and data entry support to ensure efficient sales operations.

Responsibilities:
Support business unit sales teams with sales administration, data management, reporting, and operational processes.
Manage and update Salesforce CRM and related sales order processing tools with sales contracts.
Prepare forms and content for sales, stand upsells, promotional opportunities, catalogues, and stand sharing.
Support online customer tools and contract creation processes.
Act as a Salesforce business process subject matter expert for sales teams.
Assist with pipeline administration, data preparation, event floor plan queries, and actionable tasks.
Coordinate with Billing, Credit Control, Customer Service, Operations, and other internal teams to hand over contracted customers after sales completion.
Support Exhibitor Marketing, Event Operations, and Customer Service teams with data list requests and reporting needs.
Help maintain data quality, accuracy, and consistency across the business unit.
Prepare reports and analysis to support sales teams and business decision-making.

Educated to degree level.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills, confident personality, and high level of enthusiasm.
Ability to proactively handle and respond to queries from internal customers.
Experience working with Salesforce.
Experience in data analysis and data manipulation.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred.
Previous experience in the B2B or B2C events industry is preferred.
Experience with Expocad, A2Z, or similar floor planning tools is preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
