Role Description The Home Health AI role is a part-time remote position focused on supporting learners and users by providing guidance related to home health, wellness, and preventive care through digital channels. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with users via online platforms, answering health-related inquiries within defined guidelines, and promoting safe health practices in the home environment. The role involves gathering and organizing information on occupational health and basic medical topics, assisting with content or resources related to health promotion, and escalating complex issues to qualified healthcare professionals when needed. The team member collaborates with other remote colleagues, maintains accurate records of interactions, and contributes ideas to improve user support and educational materials.

Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively and respectfully with users in a remote setting.
• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Occupational Health and Medicine to understand common home health and workplace wellness concerns.
• Candidates should possess skills in Health Promotion to support preventive care, wellness education, and safe health practices at home.
• Basic understanding of digital tools and online platforms, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Attention to detail, reliability in documenting interactions, and adherence to privacy and confidentiality guidelines.
• Relevant coursework or experience in public health, nursing, healthcare, or a related field is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage part-time hours, and follow established protocols.
