Alba Talent is hiring experienced B2B cold callers and appointment setters to work remotely with US clients. Alba Talent is the trading name of CyberstarIT, LLC, a US company.

Pay: US$550–700 per month plus bonuses. Top earners make US$1,000+ per month. Higher earnings depend on performance and are not guaranteed.

You will call business decision-makers, start relevant conversations, qualify interest and book meetings. You will follow client-specific scripts, record accurate call outcomes and work with your team lead to improve performance.

We provide the dialer, contact lists, scripts, training and coaching. This is remote work aligned with US business hours. Exact campaign hours are confirmed during the hiring process.

Requirements: Previous B2B cold-calling or appointment-setting experience. Clear, confident spoken English. Experience handling objections and speaking with business decision-makers. A quiet workspace, reliable internet, computer and headset. Comfortable using a CRM and dialer, following a structured process and receiving coaching. Applicants should be ready to demonstrate their spoken English and calling skills.
