Job Title: Senior AC Technician
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Summary
The Senior AC Technician is responsible for supervising and performing advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems in an industrial environment. The role requires extensive UAE experience and the ability to lead maintenance activities while ensuring compliance with DUGAS HSE standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance of industrial HVAC systems.
• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities for chillers, AHUs, FCUs, package units, split units, and ventilation systems.
• Supervise and guide AC Technicians during maintenance and repair works.
• Coordinate with supervisors and client representatives to ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Prepare maintenance reports and recommend equipment improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, permit-to-work systems, and client requirements.
• Monitor spare parts and maintenance materials.
• Able to work under pressure.
Qualifications
• Diploma or Technical Certification in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years + of UAE experience, preferably in oil & gas, industrial plants, or large facilities.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in industrial HVAC systems.
• Ability to supervise technicians and manage maintenance activities.
• Familiarity with DUGAS or ADNOC work environments is an advantage.
Applicants MUST be in the U A E.
Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month
