Adecco is hiring Technical Architect - Marketing Automation Platform for our prestigious client in Dubai.
The Marketing Technology Technical Architect is responsible for providing technical leadership during Martech software (Unica) implementations, upgrades and workshops, Architect will facilitate solution definition, design and implementation.
The Architect will technically supervise the installation, upgrade, configuration, integration and performance tuning across the Unica: Campaign, Interact, Contact Optimization, Plan, Journey, Deliver & Link.
30 to 50% +/- travel required
What you’ll be doing
• Lead services customer engagements providing solutions, specifically facilitating client-facing activities related to requirements and design
for solution definition, proposal and client acceptance.
• Document, present and gain client acceptance of proposed Unica marketing solutions (requirements documentation, design/architecture
documents and associated diagrams).
• Perform and/or support product configuration, unit, system, acceptance and performance testing.
• Perform and/or support product configuration asset migration across installations, including production deployment and go-live.
• Provide guidance and enablement to client technical staff in the maintenance and configuration of the Unica products, as well as supporting
architecture components (e.g., WebSphere/Web Logic/Tomcat, JBoss, databases and file systems,) and associated environmental
maintenance activities (e.g., backup and recovery).
