About The Role
Responsible for key interactions between Qatar Airways and selected Strategic Partners’ Network Planning, Corporate Sales, and Alliances units to leverage business development opportunities for both partners. Responsible for integration of joint plans and developing synergy between airlines. Work with internal and external stakeholders across 4 key pillars (Commercial, Procurement, Technical, Cargo) in order to streamline and manage projects. Responsible to develop to and bottom-line synergy by integrating efforts where permitted by regulatory frameworks. Will act as QR representative acting as direct line of communication for our strategic partners.
Key Accountabilities Include:
• Maintain and develop the Strategic Partners' Governance structure to maximize profit generation and ensure active communication across workstreams.
• Responsible to liaise the execution of all initiatives related to Commercial, covering Network Planning, Scheduling, Partnership, Sales, PRM, Marketing and other workstreams as required internally and externally.
• Prepare, organize and lead Workstreams and Governing Boards via appropriate communication tools to facilitate action-driven meetings.
• Develop initiatives and define priorities for the maximization of revenue across the regions and across customer segments.
• Jointly with other key stakeholders, discuss the strategic directions for the planning of the revenue performance and pricing positioning for current and future seasons.
• Responsible for the coordination and execution of a Business plan that capitalizes on joint Opportunities across Commercial, Procurement, Technical, Cargo.
• Design measurements and performance metrics related to all the relevant business decision within scope.
