Job Summary
Labovet Technical Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Facilities Supervisor to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of facilities. The successful candidate will ensure that all building systems, maintenance activities, and support services are carried out efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily facility operations and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Lead and monitor maintenance technicians and support staff.
• Inspect facilities to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and safety.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance and repair work.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and local regulations.
• Prepare maintenance reports and maintain service records.
• Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Respond promptly to facility-related issues and emergencies.
Qualifications
• Previous experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication skills in English. Arabic is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
