Role Description The English - CS role at RAYA CX is a full-time, on-site position based in Qesm 2nd 6 October. In this role, the team member will handle customer inquiries, provide clear and accurate information in English, and resolve issues through multiple communication channels such as phone, email, or chat. Daily tasks include understanding customer needs, documenting interactions, following company procedures, and escalating complex cases when necessary. The role may also involve clarifying English language content, supporting training initiatives, and contributing to service quality by providing feedback on recurring customer concerns. Collaboration with colleagues and adherence to performance targets and quality standards are key aspects of the position.
Qualifications
• Strong English communication skills, including clear spoken and written English.
• Customer Service skills, with experience responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and managing difficult interactions.
• English Teaching or Training skills, with the ability to support learning, coaching, or knowledge sharing within the team.
• Translation skills to accurately interpret and convey information between English and other languages when needed.
