Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
• Operate, install, maintain, and repair all major rig mechanical equipment and systems.
• Maintain drilling systems including draw works, rotary equipment, Top Drive, swivel, and braking systems.
• Maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, fuel, air, and fluid systems (compressors, pumps, valves, regulators).
• Service mud pumps, mud circulation, and conditioning equipment.
• Inspect and maintain lifting equipment, vehicles, cranes, and handling systems.
• Ensure proper functioning of water, sanitation, and cooling systems.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee daily mechanical maintenance activities.
• Implement and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs (PMS).
• Maintain accurate records using CMMS.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate mechanical crew.
• Ensure compliance with safety (HSE) standards and procedures.
• Manage inventory, budget, and coordinate with other departments.
• Support other teams and maintain effective communication across all levels.
Minimum Academic/ Professional Qualifications
• Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 4 years of experience.
