About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Business Partner who is interested in developing and operating a small café or restaurant in Qatar. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with an innovative, low-investment food and beverage concept and the capability to manage day-to-day business operations under a partnership model.
Key Responsibilities:
• Present a commercially viable café or restaurant business concept.
• Lead the planning, setup, and launch of the business.
• Manage daily operations, staff, inventory, and customer service.
• Develop menus, pricing strategies, and operational procedures.
• Source suppliers and negotiate with vendors.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar's food safety and regulatory requirements.
• Drive sales, profitability, and business growth.
• Implement marketing and promotional activities to build brand awareness.
• Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in the café, restaurant, or hospitality industry.
• Previous experience in launching or managing a café or restaurant is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, cost control, and customer service.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to develop and execute a successful business concept.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Qatar's F&B market and regulations is an advantage.
Partnership Details:
• Partnership-based opportunity (not an employment position).
• Open to individuals with a unique café or restaurant concept.
• Low to moderate investment models are preferred.
• Investment structure and profit-sharing will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.
