Job Title: Senior Contracting & Procurement Specialist
Job Type: Full-Time
About the Role
MGI Mservicios Purchasing is seeking a results-driven Senior Contracting & Procurement Specialist to lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives, negotiate high-value vendor agreements, and optimize our supply chain operations. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in securing top-tier commercial terms while mitigating risk and driving cost-efficiencies for the organization.
What You’ll Do
• End-to-End Procurement: Lead the sourcing, evaluation, and selection of vendors for complex equipment, materials, and services.
• Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate robust commercial contracts, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Strategic Negotiations: Secure competitive pricing and favorable terms without sacrificing quality or project timelines.
• Supplier Relations: Manage vendor performance, resolve contractual disputes, and build strong, long-term partner relationships.
• Risk & Compliance: Ensure all purchasing activities strictly align with company policies, legal standards, and industry regulations.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in strategic procurement, purchasing, or contract management.
• Skills: Exceptional negotiation, contract drafting, and financial analysis skills.
• Tools: Tech-savvy with solid experience using ERP software (like SAP, Oracle) or dedicated procurement platforms.
• Mindset: A strategic problem-solver who communicates clearly and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (CPSM or MCIPS certifications are a major plus).
