JOB PURPOSE:
The Organization Development Executive is responsible for systems maintenance, along with
organizational Development blueprints and assessments. This includes employee Data management, analytics, and validation. As well as supporting organizational designs and development activities to align the organization’s goals with its operations.
Qualifications and Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or any relevant degree.
• Advanced Microsoft skills (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong Analytical and reporting skills.
Experience:
• 1 – 3 years of experience in HR Field , preferable in Organizational Development
function.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS systems as an administrator.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain employee data integrity in MAGRABI systems by regularly updating, analyzing,
and auditing data across regions.
• Act as a focal point for P&C system users across all regions to support all stakeholders
in any technical issues, training, and enhancement requests.
• Report across different P&C systems portals the needed analysis, raising a flag
regarding discrepancies and following up with relevant stakeholders to ensure 100%
data integrity, consistency, and update on time and with top quality across MAGRABi
HRIS systems.
• Support in designing P&C business process maps, diagrams, and models to support
process design and redesign initiatives.
• Manage the regular update of the company's organizational chart with all departments
and assigned employees' data and ensure the system reporting and data reflects the
current structure.
• Build and maintain the company's job descriptions library and updating it to ensure that
all jobs are accurately described and reflect the job's nature and specifications.
