Sales & Marketing Engineer (Maintenance & Contracting)
· Experience: 5–10+ years, with min. 3 years in Qatar in sales/business development within the contracting/maintenance sector.
· Technical Background: Hands-on knowledge of:
· Civil maintenance (tiling, plastering, concrete repair).
· Flooring systems (epoxy, PU, terrazzo, marble polishing).
· Waterproofing (roof, basement, wet areas).
· Steel structures (canopies, mezzanines, handrails, light structural work).
· Key Skills:
· Identifying leads (property developers, facility managers, hotels, malls).
· Preparing technical/commercial proposals and BOQs.
· Site surveys to assess scope and provide cost estimates.
· Closing contracts and maintaining client relationships.
· License: Valid Qatar DL + MMUP/UPDA Grade A, B, or C (preferred but can be flexible if strong sales record).
Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR9,000.00 per month
