Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled CCTV & Security Systems Technician to join our team in Hawalli. This role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting CCTV and security systems to ensure optimal performance and client safety. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
• System installation: Install CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and access control devices.
• Maintenance: Perform routine checks, preventive maintenance, and system upgrades.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair technical issues in hardware and software.
• Client support: Provide training and guidance to clients on system usage.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate service records, reports, and compliance logs.
• Compliance: Ensure installations meet safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
• Education: Diploma or degree in Electronics, IT, or related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in CCTV or security systems installation and repair.
• Technical skills: Knowledge of CCTV systems, alarm systems, access control, and networking basics.
• Certifications: Relevant technical certifications preferred.
• Soft skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.
