Role Purpose
The Executive Commercial Advisor will support the leadership team in driving commercial growth, operational alignment, strategic business initiatives, and performance improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the development and execution of commercial and business growth initiatives.
• Advise leadership on market development opportunities, pricing approaches, and strategic partnerships.
• Support revenue optimization, forecasting, budgeting, and commercial performance tracking.
• Contribute to commercial negotiations, business development initiatives, and customer engagement activities.
• Coordinate with operational teams to align commercial objectives with delivery capability.
• Support organizational performance improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Assist in developing management reporting and commercial performance frameworks.
• Participate in strategic transformation and business improvement projects.
• Mentor and support the development of internal commercial capabilities.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Commercial Management, Finance, or related discipline.
• Extensive experience in commercial operations, business development, strategic planning, or operational leadership roles.
• Experience in revenue growth, pricing, contract management, budgeting, forecasting, or business expansion activities.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical capabilities.
• Experience operating across multi-functional or regional environments is an advantage.
