Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Adventure Operations Manager to lead and oversee expedition logistics, team coordination, and client services. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for adventure tourism.
Key Responsibilities
• Expedition Planning: Design and manage desert adventure itineraries, ensuring safety and quality.
• Team Leadership: Supervise guides, drivers, and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Logistics Management: Coordinate transportation, equipment, and supplies for expeditions.
• Client Experience: Ensure guests receive personalized service and memorable adventure experiences.
• Safety Compliance: Implement and monitor safety protocols for desert travel.
• Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with local partners for accommodations, permits, and cultural activities.
• Reporting: Prepare operational reports and provide insights to senior management.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in adventure tourism or expedition management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for outdoor adventure and cultural tourism.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
