Estimator – Architectural & Metal Works

Morshedi Steel Fabrication LLC is a leading metal fabrication company specializing in Architectural Metal Works, Non-Structural Steel Works, Laser Cutting, Tube Laser Cutting, Bending, Welding, and Custom Fabrication Solutions. We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator capable of accurately reviewing construction drawings and preparing competitive project quotations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.

• Study and interpret Architectural, Structural, Shop Drawing, IFC, and MEP drawings.

• Perform quantity take-offs directly from construction drawings.

• Identify project scope, exclusions, risks, and technical requirements.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for:

• Architectural Metal Works

• Decorative Metal Features

• Railings & Balustrades

• Handrails

• Gates & Fences

• Pergolas

• Louvers & Screens

• Cladding Support Systems

• Stainless Steel & Mild Steel Fabrication

• Custom Metal Works

• Calculate material, labor, machine, installation, transportation, and subcontractor costs.

• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, production, and site teams.

• Prepare technical clarifications and commercial proposals.

• Maintain quotation records and support sales follow-up activities.

• Ensure target profit margins are achieved on all quotations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in Architectural Metal Works, Steel Fabrication, or Construction Estimation.

• Strong ability to read and understand:

• Architectural Drawings

• Structural Drawings

• Shop Drawings

• IFC Drawings

• MEP Drawings

• Tender Documents & Spec
