Job description:
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
• Prepare periodic operational and financial reports for management.
• Improve processes and ensure compliance with organizational, contractual, and QHSE requirements.
• Manage inventory of critical spare parts and chemicals, and ensure assets are counted and recorded.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and lead performance review meetings.
• Monitor and control CT & SMS/FB operational costs, ensuring alignment with CAPEX/OPEX budgets.
• Coordinate closely with Maintenance to ensure equipment readiness and updated MPRO records.
• Lead internal/external meetings and address management queries related to operations and financials.
• Ensure all company processes, SOPs, and documents are followed and updated.
• Conduct regular site visits and document non‑compliance findings.
• Plan and coordinate job execution to meet client requirements.
• Oversee service delivery and ensure full compliance with Abraj and client SOPs.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of operational staff.
• Maintain succession plans and employee development/training plans.
• Conduct operational improvement meetings and review SOPs.
• Ensure annual objectives and performance reviews are completed on time.
• Lead the Competency Management Program to meet all KPIs.
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor degree of Engineering or any related field.
• 10 years of experience in Coil Tubing.
