Jollibee EMEAA is looking for a results-driven Research and Development Manager to support product innovation, technology transfer, and process excellence across the region. This role plays a key part in delivering highquality, cost-efficient, and compliant products from concept to commercialization while supporting business growth across EMEAA markets.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead new product development from concept to market launch across EMEAA markets. ---Establish and standardize product formulations, processes, and quality standards within regional guardrails.
-Conduct product technology transfer to commissaries and accredited third-party toll processors.
-Drive product and process improvements for quality, efficiency, manufacturing optimization, and supply sustainability.
-Support supplier development, alternative raw materials and packaging, and supply chain initiatives.
-Ensure regulatory compliance, including food safety, labeling, and country-specific requirements.
-Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver menu architecture and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Research & Development and/or Quality Assurance within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), food manufacturing, or related food industry.
• Proven experience in product development, commercialization, and process optimization.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards, regulatory compliance, and quality management systems.
• Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural, and cross-functional environment.
Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
