Role Overview
The Compliance Intern will support the Compliance team in ensuring that the organization adheres to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards. This role offers hands‑on experience in compliance monitoring, reporting, and risk management, providing valuable exposure to corporate governance practices. Key Responsibilities Policy review: Assist in reviewing and updating compliance policies and procedures. Monitoring activities: Support compliance checks across departments to ensure adherence to regulations. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, audits, and training sessions. Research: Conduct research on regulatory updates and summarize findings for the team. Training support: Help organize compliance training sessions and prepare materials. Reporting: Assist in preparing compliance reports for management. Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/master’s degree in law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interest in regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and risk management. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
