🏥 Role Purpose

To lead advanced medical + aesthetic dermatology services at Aionis, combining clinical diagnosis with high-end cosmetic and laser procedures under a luxury, AI-driven treatment environment.

🔬 Core Responsibilities

1. Medical Dermatology

* Diagnosis & treatment of:
* Acne, rosacea, pigmentation disorders
* Eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis
* Hair & scalp disorders
* Prescription-based dermatology care plans
* Follow-up & long-term skin management

2. Aesthetic Dermatology (High Revenue Focus)

* Botox & dermal fillers (full face harmonization)
* PRP (hair + skin rejuvenation)
* Mesotherapy, skin boosters (NCTF, PDRN, polynucleotides)
* Chemical peels & skin resurfacing

3. Laser & Device-Based Treatments

* Fractional CO2 / Erbium resurfacing
* Pico laser (pigmentation, tattoo removal)
* RF microneedling
* HIFU / skin tightening protocols
* Laser hair removal supervision

4. AI-Driven Consultation (Aionis Differentiator)

* Use AI skin analysis tools for treatment planning
* Digital before/after tracking system
* Personalized protocol creation per patient profile

🧾 Required Qualifications

* MD + Dermatology specialization
* QCHP licensed or eligible in Qatar
